Wrong or damaged orders

We try hard to make sure all orders are perfect and we’re sorry if you received the wrong item or if part of your order was damaged! We'll be happy to help make things right with you! 
 

If you want to return any items for a refund, see 'Returning a LEGO.com order' and follow the instructions. It’s easy! 
 

If you want to exchange any items for replacement, please get in touch with us so we can help!

Why are my order taking so long

We understand that waiting for your replacement parts to arrive can be frustrating, especially if the part was missing from a new set and you can’t continue building.

The reason parts orders take a little longer is because all the pieces are hand-picked by our warehouse team. We have thousands of different bricks available so, as you can imagine, it’s quite a large warehouse!

If we receive many more orders than we had anticipated, there may be delays. We'll do our best to get your bricks sent out as quickly as possible – our experienced team members can pick up to 130 bricks per hour! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your parts are on their way.

When will my parts be delivered

Are you waiting for a parts order to arrive so you can continue building? If so, you’ve come to the right place! Keep in mind that all parts orders are hand-picked and packed, so they take a bit longer to get to you and they’ll always arrive separately from any other items ordered through LEGO.com.

Pick a Brick

Pick a Brick orders are sent from our warehouse in Illinois. You can see the status of your delivery by logging into your account on our Order Status page. Tracking information won’t be available until the order has shipped and may be limited until the order has reached its destination country.

Pick a Brick Besteller parts are sent from our warehouse in Illinois. Delivery to the US and Canada is within 5 business days. Standard parts ship from our warehouse in Billund, Denmark. These take up to 28 business days to arrive. Delivery times to other regions can be found here.
 

Bricks & Pieces (Replacement Parts)

Bricks & Pieces orders are sent directly from our headquarters in Billund, Denmark! They are also shipped by DHL, but these orders can’t be tracked. Delivery to the US takes 8-12 business days, while delivery to Canada takes 10-14 business days. Delivery times to other regions can be found here.

Tracking orders

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can check on your local courier’s website for updates on your delivery. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to be available after you receive the email. 

You can also find the tracking number by checkingyour order status.

Pick a BrickStandard orders as well Bricks & Pieces orders (for missing or broken parts) can’t be tracked.

Delivery timeframes

Once your package leaves our warehouse it will be taken to your door by a local courier. The delivery time and courier will vary depending on the delivery method you chose. You can track your order on the ‘Order Status’ page. Bricks & Pieces and Pick a Brick Standard orders can't be tracked. 

Pick a Brick Bestseller items will be on your doorstep within 5 business days. Pick a Brick Standard orders will normally arrive in 11-15 business days but may sometimes take up to 28 days to be delivered. Express and Collection Point deliveries are not available for Pick a Brick orders. 

If your region isn't listed, it means that LEGO.com isn’t currently able to deliver to you, but we’re always looking to expand to more regions, so stay tuned! You're still able to request replacements for missing or broken parts, which will arrive within 21-35 business days.

All delivery times below are counted in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are excluded

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can check on your local courier’s website for updates on your delivery.

It can take up to 24-48 hours for tracking to be available after you receive the email.

You can also find the tracking number by checking your order status.

Gift cardsPick a Brick Standard orders and missing or broken parts requests can’t be tracked.

Returns


If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us FREE of charge within 90 days from the day you receive your package.

For US returns: Most returns can be started through LEGO.com. Whether you placed your order while logged into your account, or as a guest, just visit this page, click ‘Return Items’ and follow the instructions.

For Canada returns: If you'd like to return a LEGO.com order, email us or give us a call.

Whether you make your return through LEGO.com or by contacting us, we’ll provide you with a prepaid label that you can use to return items to a UPS drop off point

Please make sure that any returns are in a sealed box and packaged securely.

We’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days after we get the items back. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.

Cancellations


You can cancel your order online until any items have an ‘In Warehouse’ status.

If none of the items in your order have an ‘In Warehouse’ status yet, and you’d like to cancel, just visit the ‘Order Status’ page, click ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the remaining steps. It’s super easy!

If any items from your order have already reached our warehouse, you won’t be able to cancel the order online.

You can still contact us to cancel individual items that have not yet reached the warehouse or to get help making other changes.

If you used LEGO® Insiders points and canceled your order, you’ll have to contact us to get the points added back to your account.
